Idith Levy is a multidisciplinary artist whose works are characterized by a broad spectrum of techniques and styles, from oil painting through figurative abstract to mixed techniques combining photography, and mixed new and recycled objects.

Idith holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tel Aviv University. She worked with and studied from lead artists in Israel and overseas. Her works have been presented in galleries and exhibitions in Israel and the USA where she used to live for many years.

Her works associate and integrate images, dreams and memories of her past and present life. They throw the observer to an imaginary world where time and formal language do not exist.

Idith's works are built up in iterative and intuitive ways, where at each stage imaginary or real themes surface to end up with Idith's particular interpretation. Yet, once presented to the audience, her works expose multitude subjective interpretations.

It is pleasurable to walk in a trackless forest

dimmed until the loss of senses

there is magic in losing oneself

in the knowledge of who

you are not.

and when unearthing your image

navigating along particular paths

fancy the yearned

know who

you are.
